Friday June 5th - 5:45-745PM
This is for the woman who lives in her head all day.
Who feels overstimulated… yet somehow disconnected.
Who says she wants to enjoy the now… but doesn’t know how.
Summer Sensory was created to bring you back into your body in a way that feels good.
Together we’ll explore the fifth limb of yoga, Pratyahara — the art of gently turning inward by becoming deeply aware of the senses.
Through intentional engagement of all five senses, you’ll move from scattered to grounded… from busy to embodied.
Touch — Arrive in the Body
Fuzzy grounding mats
Warm cloths before gentle self-lymphatic massage
Textured sensory objects (stone, silk, wood)
Smell — Regulate the Nervous System
Curated essential oils (you’ll choose your scent)
• Citrus — activation
• Lavender — grounding
• Eucalyptus — clarity
Lavender eye pillows + guided inhale ritual
Sound — Drop Deeper
Sound bowls
Low rhythmic drumming
Layered ambient music
Guided breathwork
Sight — Soft Activation
Intentional altar space
Color therapy lighting
Sacred Pastures’ naturally vibrant barn setting
Taste — Seal the Experience
Herbal iced blends + hot tea options
Citrus-infused water
Light seasonal snacks
And for something playful and grounding, Kelsey from Sensory Dough Co will host an Inner Child Sensory Station — a tactile play space with dough, textures, and press molds. A gentle reminder that regulation can be simple… and joy can be quiet.
Let summer feel good in your body again.

A tea ceremony is a ritual centered on slowing down and giving yourself the gift of presence. It incorporates elements of mindfulness and meditation, and allows us to reconnect with the sacred that can be found in our everyday lives.
Born in Australia and raised in the Midwest, my quest for balance and groundedness amongst a collision of worlds has led me to many rituals and practices that have deepened my spirituality and improved trust within myself.
Tea has allowed me to feel more connected to the beauty of life, and the magic that is found in the mundane when you simply slow down enough to receive it. Sitting with tea has become an integral part of my practice that has allowed me to connect deeper with myself and with source. As a perpetual student of tea, I am so excited to share this practice with you in the hope that you find your own unique connection with this ritual.

I've always been drawn to dancing. I was told when I was a baby I would hold onto the side of my grandmas record player and swing my leg in time with the music. I've always been drawn to rhythms, sounds, and movement. The wonderful thing about Ecstatic Dance is that you don't have to have rhythm or experience with dancing. You move how your body wants to move by turning inward and listening. You let the music take you. It is not a choreographed dance or something that is judged, or should look a certain way. It's a safe space for you to shake the body, which resets the nervous system. It's a place for you to take up space and set your worries down. It's a space for joy and celebration of life. It's a space for community in sisterhood.
Ecstatic Dance is a sober event. I don't know how many times I've heard people say "I can't dance until I have some drinks in me." But the reality is we all want to dance. We are just scared of being judged in a world where dance is viewed as something to be judged, and something that should be esthetically pleasing. This is not that! Ecstatic dance parties are feral! haha. We let our freak flag fly. This is the path to feeling liberated. And when we feel liberated, we step into our full potential and power in life.
Host Your Own Event Or Retreat
Your vision deserves space to grow

Sacred Pastures offers a beautiful, spacious, rustic, and intimate gathering space where women can come together to heal in nature. Surrounded by open land and peaceful scenery, there is plenty of room to roam, set up camp, and enjoy complete privacy.
Our property includes an outdoor shower and composting toilet, supporting a simple, earth-centered experience that encourages connection—to yourself, to others, and to the land.
Sacred Pastures is currently in an exciting season of growth. We are expanding to include camper setups for long-term retreat guests, with our first camper site planned for 2026. This is just the beginning of our larger vision.
If you feel called to host a gathering, attend a retreat, or be part of growing Sacred Pastures into its fullest expression, we would love to connect with you. Please reach out to Molly at sacredpasturesfarm@gmail.com to learn more and explore how you can be involved.
