Join us for a deeply soothing evening of candle gazing meditation, gentle movement, and breathwork designed to ease anxiety, quiet the mind, and support restful sleep. This special class is perfect for anyone looking to reset their nervous system and release lingering tension from the long weekend.

We'll begin with light, mindful movement to settle the body, followed by guided breathwork to activate calm and stillness. Then, you'll be led through a peaceful candle gazing (Trataka) meditation to help focus your thoughts, slow the mind, and prepare for deep rest.

✨ Each participant will take home a meditation candle to continue their practice at home.
✨ No experience needed – this class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all.
