Sacred Pastures Women’s Retreat Center is a nature-based healing sanctuary devoted to supporting women through ancient, holistic practices. Nestled within a rustic barn and surrounded by peaceful pastures, this sacred space invites a return to sisterhood, slowness, and embodied connection.

In today’s fast-paced world, women often carry the weight of endless responsibilities while quietly navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, hormonal imbalances, and a deep longing for true sisterhood and support. Many crave meaningful connection, sacred rest, and a space where they can simply be without pressure, performance, or expectation.

I have personally walked through anxiety, depression, panic attacks, addiction, suicidal ideation, family suicide, and extreme loneliness. As I transitioned my entire life and social circle into a more balanced and healthy environment, there were seasons when the weight of it all felt unbearable — moments when I questioned whether I even wanted to keep going. What began as survival became a lifelong spiritual journey — one that required a massive shedding of old identities, patterns, and relationships, and ultimately led me toward lightness, joy, and deeper purpose.

Through over 500 hours of yoga teacher trainings, more than a decade of teaching and mentoring others to become yoga teachers, multiple Reiki attunements and advanced trainings, and eventually becoming a Reiki Master, my path continued to unfold. Becoming a licensed massage therapist allowed me to weave together everything I had been studying and practicing — breath, energy, sound, and embodied awareness — into one integrated healing experience.

Recalibrating my nervous system became a daily devotion, not just for myself but as something I could model and share with others. From that place, I began intentionally rebuilding a life rooted in alignment, health, and purpose.

Sacred Pastures is the embodiment of that journey. It is a space where I share a wide range of healing modalities designed to support you in stepping into your highest self. I am living proof that transformation is possible — that you can choose to become someone new, to reshape your life into something more aligned, vibrant, and nourishing. You can dismantle the invisible bars you’ve placed around yourself and create a reality that feels expansive and true.

And this work extends far beyond my personal story. The women who come to Sacred Pastures experience profound shifts of their own — whether through Reiki sound baths, ecstatic dance gatherings, massage infused with Reiki, organic cold-pressed juice cleanses from the garden, private sound healing sessions, or immersive retreats.

Here, we don’t just treat the surface. We slow down. We tend to the roots. And we water them deeply so lasting transformation can grow.

Yin Yoga Thursday's 7-8PM

Our first class will be April 9th

Join us for a calming and accessible Yin Yoga class every Thursday from 7:00–8:00 PM at Sacred Pastures. This class is designed for all levels, including complete beginners—no prior yoga experience needed.

Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice where all poses are done on the floor, using supportive shapes that are meant to feel comfortable and sustainable—not intense or strenuous. You’ll settle into each pose for a few minutes at a time, with the option to adjust, soften, or come out whenever your body needs. The focus is not on pushing or forcing, but on allowing your body to open and relax at its own pace.

This style of yoga helps improve flexibility, supports joint health, and encourages deep relaxation. It’s also a powerful way to calm the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself in a quiet, supportive environment.

This is a donation-based class, and all contributions go toward supporting Sacred Pastures—helping bring electricity to the yoga barn and create camper hookups for future retreat guests.

Come as you are, take what you need, and enjoy a peaceful hour of rest and restoration.
